Gistdax operates as a financial services platform that provides both direct lending and loan referral services.
We provide services in two ways:
(A) Direct Lending
Gistdax acts as a direct lender by offering personal and/or business loans directly to eligible users who meet our internal assessment criteria. All lending decisions, loan terms, approval, and disbursement are handled directly by Gistdax.
(B) Loan Referral Services
In some cases, Gistdax may also connect users to third-party financial service providers or lending partners. These providers operate independently from Gistdax and are responsible for their own loan offers, terms, and approval decisions.
Submitting a loan application does not guarantee approval from either Gistdax or any third-party provider.
4. Loan Terms
For loans issued directly by Gistdax:
- All terms including interest rate, repayment schedule, and fees will be clearly disclosed before acceptance
- You must review and accept the loan agreement before funds are disbursed
- Once accepted, the agreement becomes legally binding
For loans offered by third-party providers:
- Gistdax does not control or guarantee their terms or approval decisions
- You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to their individual terms before proceeding
Failure to repay any loan may result in penalties, credit reporting (where applicable), or legal recovery actions under applicable law.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Repay any loan you receive, whether from Gistdax or third-party providers, according to agreed terms
- Understand that loan approval is not guaranteed
6. Third-Party Services
Some services accessible through Gistdax may be provided by independent third-party lenders or financial institutions.
We do not:
- Control their loan decisions or terms
- Guarantee approval or funding
- Accept liability for their actions, products, or services
You are strongly advised to review their terms and privacy policies before accepting any offer.

7. Service Availability
